1. Kimiz

EKVDrive, Mehmet Ali Binici tarafından EKV Elektronik için geliştirilen bir taksi durağı uygulamasıdır. Uygulama, EKV Elektronik'in taksi durağı sistemiyle birlikte çalışır. Bu politika, uygulamanın ve bu web sitesinin hangi bilgileri neden kullandığını açıklar.

2. Üyelik yok

EKVDrive'da ad, telefon numarası, e-posta ya da şifre ile üyelik yoktur. Uygulama ilk açıldığında cihazınıza rastgele bir anonim kimlik atanır. Bu kimlik sizin kim olduğunuzu göstermez; yalnızca gönderdiğiniz çağrının size ait olduğunu ayırt etmek için kullanılır.

3. Kullanılan bilgiler

• Konum (müşteri): QR kodu okuttuğunuzda, kodun yanında olduğunuzu doğrulamak için o anki konumunuz telefonunuzda kullanılır. Bu konum sunucuya gönderilmez ve saklanmaz.
• Konum (şoför): Şoför sıraya girerken konumu durağa yakınlık için telefonda kontrol edilir ve saklanmaz. Şoför bir çağrıyı kabul ettikten sonra, araç varış noktasına ulaşana kadar konumu yaklaşık 30 saniyede bir paylaşılır. Bu konumu yalnızca o çağrının müşterisi görebilir.
• Kamera: Yalnızca QR kod okumak için kullanılır. Görüntü kaydedilmez ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
• Çağrı kayıtları: Çağrının zamanı, hangi QR koddan geldiği (dolayısıyla QR kodun bulunduğu adres), kabul eden aracın plakası ve durumu. Randevularda girilen adres ve saat.
• Şoför bilgileri: Aracın plakası (şoför QR kodundan gelir), duraktaki sıra bilgisi ve bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazın bildirim anahtarı.

4. Bilgilerin kullanım amacı

Bu bilgiler yalnızca taksi çağrısını durağa iletmek, şoförün çağrıyı kabul etmesini sağlamak, müşteriye aracın yola çıktığını ve yaklaşık uzaklığını göstermek, durak sırasını yönetmek ve şoförlere bildirim göndermek için kullanılır.

5. Reklam, takip ve satış yok

EKVDrive reklam göstermez, analiz ya da takip araçları kullanmaz, sizi başka uygulama ve sitelerde izlemez. Bilgileriniz satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz.

6. Bilgilerin saklandığı yer ve süre

• Veriler Google Firebase altyapısında, Avrupa'daki sunucularda saklanır. Bildirimler Expo bildirim hizmeti üzerinden iletilir.
• Aktif çağrılar kapandığında geçmişe taşınır. Her durakta yalnızca son 20 kapanmış çağrı tutulur, daha eskileri otomatik silinir.
• Şoför çıkış yaptığında şoför kaydı silinir.
• Bildirimleri uygulamadaki Ayarlar panelinden kapattığınızda bildirim anahtarınız sunucudan kaldırılır.

7. Kimler görebilir

Çağrının adresi, yalnızca çağrıyı kabul eden şoföre ve çağrıyı yapan müşteriye gösterilir. Duraktaki diğer şoförler çağrıyı kabul edilene kadar adresiyle değil, yalnızca "QR çağrı" olarak görür. Durak ayarları yalnızca şifreyle girilen yetkili kişilerce değiştirilebilir.

8. Web sitesi

ekvdrive.com çerez kullanmaz ve ziyaretçi takibi yapmaz. Yalnızca seçtiğiniz dil (Türkçe/İngilizce) tarayıcınızda saklanır. Site Google Firebase Hosting üzerinde barındırılır ve yazı tipleri Google Fonts'tan yüklenir; bu hizmetler teknik olarak IP adresinizi görebilir.

9. Haklarınız ve silme talebi

Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamındaki haklarınızı kullanmak, bilgilerinizin silinmesini istemek ya da soru sormak için bize yazabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silmek anonim kimliğinizi de cihazdan kaldırır.

10. Çocuklar

EKVDrive çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan bilgi toplamaz.

1. Who we are

EKVDrive is a taxi-stand app developed by Mehmet Ali Binici for EKV Elektronik. The app works together with EKV Elektronik's taxi-stand system. This policy explains what information the app and this website use and why.

2. No accounts

EKVDrive has no sign-up with a name, phone number, e-mail or password. When the app first opens, your device is given a random anonymous identifier. It does not reveal who you are; it is only used to tell which call belongs to you.

3. Information we use

• Location (customers): When you scan a QR code, your current location is used on your phone to confirm that you are next to the code. It is not sent to our servers and is not stored.
• Location (drivers): When a driver joins the stand queue, their location is checked on the phone and not stored. After a driver accepts a call, their location is shared about every 30 seconds until they reach the pickup point. Only the customer of that call can see it.
• Camera: Used only to scan QR codes. No images are saved or sent anywhere.
• Call records: The time of the call, which QR code it came from (and so the address where that code is placed), the plate of the accepting car and the call status. For appointments, the address and time entered.
• Driver information: The vehicle plate (taken from the driver QR code), the driver's place in the stand queue and the device's notification token used to send notifications.

4. How we use it

This information is used only to deliver taxi calls to the stand, let a driver accept a call, show the customer that the car is on its way and its approximate distance, manage the stand queue and send notifications to drivers.

5. No ads, tracking or selling

EKVDrive shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking tools and does not track you across other apps or websites. Your information is never sold or shared for advertising.

6. Where and how long data is stored

• Data is stored on Google Firebase servers in Europe. Notifications are delivered through the Expo push notification service.
• Closed calls move to history. Each stand keeps only its 20 most recent closed calls; older ones are deleted automatically.
• A driver's record is deleted when the driver logs out.
• Turning notifications off in the app's Settings panel removes your notification token from our servers.

7. Who can see it

A call's address is shown only to the driver who accepts it and to the customer who made it. Other drivers at the stand see only "QR call", without the address, until it is accepted. Stand settings can be changed only by authorized people with a password.

8. Website

ekvdrive.com uses no cookies and does no visitor tracking. Only your chosen language (Turkish/English) is stored in your browser. The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting and loads fonts from Google Fonts; these services can technically see your IP address.

9. Your rights and deletion requests

To exercise your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), ask for your data to be deleted or ask a question, contact us. Deleting the app also removes your anonymous identifier from your device.

10. Children

EKVDrive is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
